Online and
in-person therapy
I work individual adults aged 18 and over, either online or in-person in Godalming at The Eaves Counselling and Psychology Service.

Both online therapy and in-person therapy have effective outcomes and offer similar benefits.
Online counselling using platforms such as Teams, offers great flexibility regardless of where you live in the UK. You don’t need to be ‘tech-savvy’ to make use of online counselling, and we can discuss the practicalities in an introductory call. For online sessions it is important to be in a confidential space, where you can talk openly and won’t be disturbed.
Short-term and open-ended
therapy
I offer both short-term (focussed) therapy or open-ended (long-term) therapy dependent on individual needs and goals. Short-term therapy (around 1-12 sessions) tends to focus on one or two specific concerns, whilst long-term therapy may continue for months or years, providing clients with ongoing support to explore ongoing emotional patterns and complex issues.
We can discuss what feels appropriate for you during our initial session and will review regularly to ensure your needs are being met from counselling.
Free initial consultation
I know that finding a therapist can feel like a daunting first step.
For this reason, I offer a 20 minute free initial consultation, online or by telephone, which is informal and relaxed.
We will briefly discuss what you would hope to gain from therapy and you can find out a bit more about how I work. Most importantly, it's an opportunity for you to determine if you feel comfortable talking with me.
