Supporting Healing, Growth & Change

Welcome, I'm Cath
Life can be challenging and at times, can feel overwhelming. Sometimes it helps to have someone alongside you; someone who listens with care, compassion, and without judgment.

I’m a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, helping adults who are navigating difficult life changes or painful experiences. These might include bereavement, relationship issues, work-related stress and burnout, or periods of transition and uncertainty.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or simply know something needs to change, you’re not alone - and you don’t have to face it on your own.
If you’re considering counselling, I invite you to take a look around and get in touch if you’d like to talk more about how we might work together.
My approach
Relational Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy
My approach is relational and integrative, which means I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models within a warm, respectful, and collaborative space.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationship and that through meaningful connection, it's possible to explore what’s going on, make sense of it, and find new ways forward.
